Santa Bot - Privacy Policy

KerBots does not share or sell your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes. Additionally, we don’t share your personally identifying information with any third-parties, except when it is required by law.

Data Collected By Command and when features are enabled

The following may be collected via user run command, and may be entered by the user, voluntarily. This data is not collected automatically. When providing data in this way, you forego any rights to the content of the data provided.

We may collect the following data:

- Server configurations (region, name, id, channel names and channel ids).

- Server ownership.

- List of server's members.

- List of server's roles.

All data is stored on secured servers. Maximum efforts are taken to keep collected data protected, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any damages or stolen information, in which we collect, from our servers.

Data keeps stored until a few days after the Bot's season is over and only the developer is able to access to this data.

We do not keep data of messages (except messages that trigger the bot) sent by users around servers.

Server Member Agreement

By being a member of a server which uses Santa Bot services or features, you are consenting to the policies outlined in this agreement. If you, the server member, do not agree with any policies outlined in this agreement, you have the right to leave the server in which this bot is a part of.

Server Administrator Agreement

By adding Santa Bot to your server, you are consenting to the policies outlined in this agreement. If you, the server administrator, do not agree with any of the policies outlined in this agreement, you have the right to remove Santa Bot from your server.
